But it’s ok, you are familiar with the job and know the colors that were used, so you go ahead and complete the work only to find out that the customer is unhappy with the results, you tell the customer you used exactly the same colors showed in the picture and he replies, it’s not the same! And then it hits you; the customer does not want the colors used on the job in the picture, he wants his floor to look like the picture. What do you do? Well, a little planning before the job starts is essential and the most important part is to understand what the customer really wants. How to achieve Decorative Concrete Color Matching?
